Harvey has decades of environmental law experience, both as a State and federal enforcement lawyer and on behalf of businesses of all sizes. As an attorney he has been peer rated as a Super Lawyer, Leading Attorney and has the Martindale AV-preeminent rating. He has extensive transactional and public issue experience in the environmental arena.

ADR Services

My Experience

I am a graduate of Harvard Law School, with a certificate in mediation from DePaul U. I am a certified mediator in the Circuit Courts of Florida. I was the Regional Counsel for the USEPA (Midwest) and Chief of the Illinois Attorney General’s Environmental Enforcement. I have taught in two law schools. I regularly represent clients with environmental issues. I am admitted to the Illinois and Florida Bar.
